1. Data collected

Fruit Council 2026, organised by Global Market Crops (GMC), collects the data you provide through the registration form: title, last name, first name, email, phone, city, country, company, job title, business sector and, for exhibitors, website.

2. Use of data

Your data are used exclusively to: (a) process your registration and issue your badge; (b) send you information about the event; (c) handle exhibitor invoicing and administrative follow-up.

3. Retention

Data are kept for 3 years after the event, for accounting purposes and to inform you about future editions.

4. Sharing

Your data are never sold or transferred. They may only be shared with exhibitors or sponsors with your explicit consent (for example for a B2B meeting).

5. Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to: contact@gmcmaroc.com

6. Cookies

The website uses a technical cookie to remember your language and, where applicable, audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) used only to understand website traffic. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Security

Your data are stored on secure servers and all transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS). The site does not offer card payment: payments are made by bank transfer and no card details are collected online.
