Participation fees are payable in full upon registration and before the start of the event.
Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Bank and transfer fees are borne by the participant.
Participation fees include access to the event sessions, the exhibition, sponsor information, networking areas and the event brochure.

Any cancellation must be notified to the organisers in writing.
Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
A participant may be replaced at no extra cost, provided written notice is given at least 7 days before the event.
No refund will be granted in the event of a no-show, and the initial registration fees will remain due in full.

In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, health restrictions, political instability) requiring the organisers to postpone the event, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.
Participants unable to attend on the new date may request a refund of the participation fees already paid.
The organisers can in no case be held liable for other costs incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.) in connection with this postponement.

The organisers reserve the right to change the program, speakers or schedule at any time and without notice.
Such changes give no right to a refund.
Speakers' presentations and documents will only be shared with their consent.

All registrations are subject to availability and to acceptance by the organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission at their sole discretion.

The organisers cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss or material damage, nor for any direct or indirect cost borne by participants in connection with the event.
Participants are responsible for taking out their own travel, health and personal insurance.

By taking part, registrants agree to be photographed, filmed or recorded during the event.
This content may be used by the organisers for promotional, educational or archival purposes, without financial compensation.

By registering, participants consent to the collection and secure storage of their personal data by the organisers.
Personal information will be used exclusively for the administration of the event and communication with the participant.
The organisers will neither share nor sell personal data to third parties.

These general terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Moroccan law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
