Registration, payment and cancellation

• The professional visitor badge is free; it is issued once the registration has been approved by the organisers.
• The equipped 4 m² standard stand costs MAD 10,000 excl. VAT (plus 20% VAT); sponsorship packages range from MAD 20,000 to 100,000 excl. VAT; an advertising page in the official catalogue costs MAD 5,000 excl. VAT.
• Payment by cheque or bank transfer to Global Market Crops (GMC); online card payment where available.
• 50% (incl. VAT) on order, 50% (incl. VAT) no later than 30 days before the event.
• Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: refund less 20% administrative fees; less than 30 days: no refund.
• Replacing a participant is allowed free of charge up to 7 days before the event.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, decision of the authorities, health crisis), the event may be postponed. Registrations and bookings remain valid for the new date.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
